Stolt Sea Farm 
has just obtained the BAP (Best Aquaculture Practices) certification, becoming the first company to obtain the prestigious certification in Spain. At the most important fair in the sector, in Brussels, from May 7 to 9, you will have the opportunity to communicate it to all your customers. During  Seafood Expo Global, it will also present the new products of turbot fruit of a close collaboration with Freskibo.

BAP is the most complete program in the world in good aquaculture practices and obtaining a star endorses the sustainability of the aquaculture activity carried out by the company. Stolt Sea Farm, which already has the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IFS and Global Gap certifications, has a firm commitment to sustainability and the environment, it is the first company to obtain this certification, throughout the Iberian Peninsula.

Today the 70m2 Stand of Stolt Sea Farm, hall 6, 1363 will present the new products Turbot fillets and portions of turbot fruit of the collaboration with Freskibo.

The new products in VSP format (Vacuum Skin Packaging) and MAP (packaging in protective atmosphere), are part of the select range of Freskibo “Pesca” and will be available in the main points of sale of the Iberian Peninsula. On the occasion of the presentation, throughout the fair, delicious tastings will be held by the renowned chef Jesus Linder.

With this new range, the consumer will have turbot available clean and ready to cook in very attractive containers, thus favoring a natural and sustainable food, with a high nutritious power and great versatility in the kitchen, now also available, in the section of refrigerated
